Refund policy

You will find details about the refund policy for all the products and services of Happetive
(A) Refund policy for our Digital Products (Self-Care Tools, Guided Meditations; Guided Visualizations; Wellbeing Journals; Wellness Travel Guides & other digital products): All digital products purchases made on our website are non-refundable.
This policy reflects the nature of digital products, which are meant for immediate access and are intangible in nature. Reasons for our non-refundable policy for our digital products:
- Immediate access: Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the digital product, allowing you to download and/or view it.
- Intangible nature: Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be returned or physically verified as unused.
By purchasing a digital product from Happetive, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
(B) Refund policy for Meditations Classes, Wellbeing Workshops:
The user can cancel the meditation class or wellbeing workshop as per below:
- Cancelled within 15 days from the start date: Non-refundable
- Cancelled before 15 days from the start date: 90% refundable
(C) Refund policy for Therapy session:
The user has the flexibility to reschedule the session as per below:
- At least 24 hours before the scheduled therapy session: Free reschedule
- Within 24 hours of the scheduled therapy session: No session refund. Need to book as a new session & payment as applicable.
Cancellation by Happetive team: If the therapy session is cancelled by the Happetive team, the user will receive a session credit on their account on the Happetive platform, regardless of the time at which the cancellation was done. You can select from the following options:
- Book a session with the same Happetive Therapist within the duration of 15 days.
- Claim payment refund of the therapy session by contacting connect@happetive.com
(D) Refund policy for Wellness Travel Trips:
Happetive's Wellness Travel Trips are cancellable and 100% refundable up to certain number of days before departure and the % of refund reduces as we get closer to the trip. Please reference to the travel trip Brochure for the refund policy for your trip.
Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances: In case a Wellness Travel Trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as on account of a pandemic, civil disturbances, adverse weather conditions or any such event, it will be our endeavour to work with all our trip partners such as accommodations, cabs, guides and any other service providers to refund the maximum amount possible.
In case of cancellation by Happetive: In case Happetive cancels the trip, due to any reasons not mentioned above, full amount will be refunded to the user.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval. All eligible refunds will be credited directly to the user's original payment method or to the gift card, ensuring convenience and ease of use for future transactions.
